The site features all opinions of the United States Supreme Court since 1992, together with over 600 earlier decisions selected for their historic importance, over a decade of opinions of the New York Court of Appeals, and the full United States Code. The site also contains “topical” pages that provide explanatory guides and Internet resource listings for various areas of law. U.S. Courts www.uscourts.gov The U.S. Courts site is a clearinghouse for information from and about the Judicial Branch of the U.S. Government. It includes links to all of the federal courts. Western New York Law Center: Selected ADA/504 Cases www.wnylc.com/resources/courts/ A selected digest of cases related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Many of these decisions contain detailed analysis of that particular circuit's interpretation of the ADA/504.
