Members of the Network for the DBTAC: Southeast ADA Center (Southeast DBTAC) are individuals who strive to facilitate voluntary compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and promote accessible information technology (I T) in their communities and neighborhoods.

• Support from a State Resource Network of collaborating groups and individuals representing disability, business, and government entities that are dedicated to informing their constituents, individuals with disabilities, and the public about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (I T) with automatic forwarding of your name to your State Affiliate.

Requirements for Southeast DBTAC Network Membership:

You can become a member of the Southeast DBTAC Network provided you:

• Live in one of the following eight U.S. Southeastern states: Alabama (AL), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), Mississippi (MS), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN).
• Facilitate voluntary compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Disseminate accurate information about the ADA.
• Do not represent yourself as an employee or representative of the DBTAC: Southeast ADA Center (Southeast DBTAC) or its Affiliates.
• Refrain from promoting ADA compliance via coercion.
• Do not provide ADA certification to any entity.
• Do not provide legal interpretations of the law.
• Complete and submit the form below, "Request to Join the Southeast DBTAC Network."
